Visit to the MAARIF Institute for Gathering and Strategic Discussion

Jakarta, July 25, 2026 – The Indonesia–China Center for Education and Industry Cooperation (ICC) visited and held a friendly gathering at the MA'ARIF Institute for Culture and Humanity, located in West Tebet, South Jakarta. This visit was part of ICC's efforts to expand its partnership network and strengthen collaboration with various strategic institutions in Indonesia. The visit took place in a warm atmosphere. During the meeting, ICC and MA'ARIF Institute exchanged views on various collaboration opportunities that can be developed to support Indonesia–China relations, particularly in the fields of education, technology, talent development, and industrial cooperation, which are expected to benefit both countries. During the discussion, ICC and MA'ARIF Institute addressed several strategic agendas. Topics of focus included the establishment of a Joint Think Tank, a study of Indonesia–China relations, legal studies, and a study of Chinese investment in Indonesia. These discussions are expected to be the first step in building closer synergies and opening up opportunities for broader collaboration across various sectors. In addition to providing a forum for exchanging ideas and perspectives, this meeting also provided an opportunity to strengthen communication and forge sustainable institutional relationships. Through constructive dialogue, both institutions had the opportunity to explore various potential collaborations that could be realized in the future, in accordance with their respective fields and competencies. Through this visit and gathering, the ICC and the MA'ARIF Institute hope to continue building strong synergies and strengthening sustainable collaboration to drive progress in education, technology, investment, and human resource development. It is hoped that the good relationship established through this meeting will serve as a foundation for various collaborative initiatives that benefit both institutions and support the strengthening of Indonesia-China relations.
